Firstly, we don’t charge for advice and guidance, as this is something that we believe is the right of every customer and is encompassed into our service (more on this later). We offer free detailed estimates, bringing transparency to all costs, as well as advising on possible contingency funds that may be required for any potential unforeseen events. Our fixed-price guarantee allows you to know that our quotes are exactly that; a “QUOTE” not an “ESTIMATE” with no hidden “EXTRAS”. We unfortunately do not offer price matching, but will endeavour to do our best to meet on common ground on a like-for-like basis.
The “Pay-As-You-Go” payment structure we use for each project is designed to protect you, the client, and ourselves. It allows us to keep a continuous cash flow and lets our customers keep track of the budget for their project. All of these ways that we approach our pricing are chosen specifically to create the fairest possible experience for the customer, as we understand the commitment undertaken for a construction project, as well as the importance of feeling that all costs are kept transparent and explained.
Realistic Timescales
When the dream project you had envisioned for your home begins, there is nothing worse than approaching the expected deadline with no end in sight. Construction can be disruptive to your daily life, not to mention that waiting longer than you expected for your new bathroom, kitchen or extension can be disheartening. This is why we always provide realistic timescales and timelines for every project. We pride ourselves on completing projects within their allotted time frame, making accurate and efficient progress throughout the duration and leaving our customers’ homes ready to return to normal.
Honest & Professional Practices
Above all, we take the professionalism, reliability and quality of our work the most seriously. The advice and guidance provided by members of our team (as mentioned above) is always honest, clearly explained and has the customer’s best interest in mind. We often even refer customers to any one of our trusted professionals (i.e. architects, structural engineers) for more clarification on project specifications and advice. We believe that making our customers happy with the transparency, reliability and quality of our work is the best way to guarantee a good relationship between us and them. Our team members are also always fully qualified and trained to a high level of skill, allowing them to provide great attention to detail and standards of excellence for each project they work on.
